How a record gets on this sheet
TH3 stores extracted records. It does not invent a study, a dose, or a marker to fill a gap.
Human research outranks animal research. Animal research outranks a marker map. A forum theme is unverified and does not outrank a study.
A direction is stored only when this sheet has a marker for it. The same direction on an unwanted effect is read as a possible pile-on. Opposite directions are read as pulling apart. A shared name with no direction is not a finding.
Missing evidence stays missing. Nothing stored is not the same as safe. A map is not a trial.
This sheet does not cover every illness code, vial quality, contamination, your lab results, or a personal dose. Last evidence update: September 2026.

What TH3 does not assess
TH3 does not clear a combination, a compound, or a dose. It does not assess product quality, contamination, your own labs, every contraindication, emergency symptoms, or a change to a prescription.
For pregnancy, serious heart symptoms, bleeding risk, surgery, cancer care, or a change to a prescription, speak with a clinician or pharmacist before acting.
A condition reading is not a medication interaction. It is not a reason to start or stop a medicine.
Privacy
What stays in this browser
Compound, medicine, and condition selections are held in the page while it is open. They are not saved to an account and they are not sent to TH3.
This site does not use a third-party analytics service. A count of event names, such as whether a check was opened, can stay in this browser’s session storage. The count does not include which medicine or condition you selected.
Printing a result uses your own device. A compound brief has its own address. A check does not put your medicines into the address.
